Cialis/Tadalafil for BPH

Hey guys.
I’m trying to address my BPH. I’ve been taking Life Extension Ultra Natural Prostate with decent results for a couple years. The urgency to urinate and frequency are still there a bit, so I thought I would try low dose (5mg) Cialis. I purchased Tadalafil online and bought the Tadalis-sx Ajanta 20mg tabs from India. Don’t remember the site. I did this because my insurance will not cover Cialis and it’s expensive.

I cut these into quarters as best I could. The side effect is bad indigestion, burning of the esophagus, not pleasant. I seem to get some eye pain as well. I cut these again to try 2.5mg, although its better, side affects are still there. I really want Cialis to work considering all of the other benefits.

My question. Does anyone know/think if I tried the original US made Cialis if there is a chance I may not have these side affects? Otherwise, I may have to try Flomax (I'm trying not to) unless someone knows of something better.

I've never used anything but brand-name Cialis. Living in Canada, the price isn't as steep as it is in the States, and with my drug plan it is knocked down to to $49 for a 30-day supply. The only side effect I had was the classic (and expected) leg cramp and back ache. Not pleasant, but it disappeared in a week. Was your eye pain accompanied by any other visual disturbances? Were you taking it on an empty stomach?

I took it with food, doesn't help. Vision ok, but on and off minor eye pain, not something I want to mess with. Im just wondering if what I took is crap.

I understand your caution about your eyes - replacements aren't issued. While vision problems are listed in the circular as a side effect, blurred vision is listed, not pain.

Sound like common sides of Cialis. You just may not be able to tolerate it. You can try sublingual, just pop that tablet 1/4 under your tongue and let it dissolve, see if that alleviates the sides.

Do you think that sublingual would make a difference? Also, Id like to at least try the original Cialis, any ideas of where I can get a decent price? I have a script. What about Empower?

Well having cialis go right to the blood stream instead of the stomach and liver could make a difference. Cialis, if you can get a script for it (Lilly?) used to have a 30 day trial offer that cost you nothing.

I've used cialis generic from ajanta and have had similar sides. Currently I've settled on celeb is from All Day Chemist made by Cooper and find they work better and no sides to speak of. I'd give them a try.

Anyone have a link to real cialis from a foreign pharmacy at a reasonable price? I still thin real cialis is best, although it's been quite a while since I've used any.

When I first started using Tadalafil over two years ago, I got lower back pain and heartburn. I used Rolaids for the heartburn. Most of my symptoms from Tadalafil has subsided, except for occasional heartburn.

I get heartburn sometimes with the troches. I think part of the cause is other things I consume like too much soda or Fireball shots. I know Coke zero and Tadalafil troches will cause it to happen to me. The soda some how causes the muscles in there to relax and cause reflux.
