From what I've read so far, Arimidex is usually introduced to the protocol around week 4 and not from the very beginning since it takes our bodies an equivalent amount of time to start raising estrogen levels. Maybe that's why .25/ week was a little too much for me.

No one should take an AI without labs, low estradiol levels, I believe is the biggest issue with TRT.

So i got blood work few days ago on my trough day and results are as follow:

Testosterone 730 (348-1197)
Free Testosterone 18 (9.3-26.5)
DHEA Sulfate 325 (138.5 - 475.2)
TSH 2.51 (0.450 - 4.50)
t4 1.25 (.82 - 1.77)
Estradiol 18.2 (8.0- 35.0)
SHBG 23.6 (16.5- 55.9)

So Estradiol is lower than pre TRT ( 19.5 BEFORE ) When my testosterone level was also low ( 456 PRE trt). I was prescribed 0.125 armidex twice/week as a part of my protocol but I was only taking 1/week as I wasn't feeling good taking 2. I am considering cutting the AI completely and get another blood work in 2 Weeks, any thoughts on this?

I have a doctor appointment in 4 weeks from now but I really don't feel like I should wait any longer .

You presented your test results, but didn't mention how you're feeling.

I should have mentioned that first :)

Well I am not feeling much of the positive effect with TRT as I was hoping and expecting. I 've been on it for 11 weeks now and the first 3 weeks were the best of all but things started to fall apart one piece at a time.
-My energy level is low 2-3 days/week
-my mood and mental clarity are up and down , some days I would feel like finally TRT is working for me and some other days I would feel like crap
-Strength was going up the first few weeks but now it's going backward .
- Lipido the first 3 weeks was like If i was 18 years old, I was getting hard 24/7 and feeling so horny to the point I though I should call my doctor and see if I should reduce my dose..it was great though :) and my confidence was through the roof. Now ( although It's still MUCH better than before TRT). my lipido is up and down and I am back to using Cialis.

I really don't know if all of this can be related to E2 or not but something is not right for sure
