This is a very interesting and unique thread. It's not often here we get to see someone have such a high TT on such a low dose, someone taking DIM, someone taking Calcium-D-Glucarate and someone having their doctor actually telling them they need to raise their E2 when it is already 50! Although I guess we do have to take into consideration that 50 is the result of the standard E2 test, not the ultra sensitive, so it's probably higher than what your E2 would be if you had the ultra sensitive done. Either way, please continue to keep us updated, I'm very curious to see how things work out for ya. Also, are you doing your daily shots IM or Sub Q? Thanks.

I noticed ops were saying it didn't matter. I use 1/2" 29 gauge, so I was shooting all over. Emeric on PM said he has been shooting calves for years. I hit upper thigh, stomach, calves. Upper thigh seems like the least feeling. I think some is sq, and others are shallow IM. I am going to start shallow IM for a while and see if that helps E2.

As CW, Vince, V. Carter and JDS suggested, took one thing at a time. After my thoughts of high E2, and overdosing on DIM I decided to just do the 10 mg T daily injections and get labs after several weeks.

Those are the new labs. I inject early morning and did the Lab before my injection. The lab was done around 9:30 (so it was at trough), so I injected when I got to my office around 10:00.

Nipples are not sensitive anymore, but more noticeable and erect a lot. I did get hot in middle of night a couple of times, but not severe. I use to sweat a lot when I exercised and that stopped a few years ago, but I am back to sweating a lot so I think that is normal. I do feel bloated once in a while, but the exercise helps.

I am going to chalk this up on the success side of TRT. Thank you guys and Excelmale

If you call them, they should email you a credit card form. I switched to E-check.

I am traveling soon and will have to inject on Thursday and will not be back home until Sunday night.

I do 10 mg test daily in the a.m. Should I inject Thursday and not again until Sunday night or Monday morning?

I do not want to take my injections with me. Should I just inject 40 mg Thursday and then my regular on Monday a.m?

Am I over thinking it?

I do not have the Labs in front of me. I just got a call from the Dr. She did lipids and blood labs. The call was just to inform me if I fall in normal etc. Everything looks excellent. Unfortunately she runs the Non-sensitive E2 test.

Again, I do not have the ranges. My TT was 965. My Estrodial was 37. She like Estrodial higher. I take nothing else. No AI, no DIM etc. I am assuming my E2 would probably be lower on sensitive? I feel fine. I am doing ED injections Test Cyp @ 10mg. That is it. I take a multivitamin and 5,000 IU Vitamin D. Those are the only things I take. I fasted before the draw. My usual injection time is 5am-7am and my draw was 9:30am

I am in no way worried or even concerned about the 37 number, just curious on anyone's take. That ration is 26:1

You feel good - congratulations. You have a doctor who, for reasons that make little sense, won't run the correct estradiol test, but feeling as you do I wouldn't change anything. You're yet another member here who's posted robust lab values with small daily injections.

If you're injecting daily, the difference between peak and trough is of no concern.
