If someone was 20% body fat and then went down to 10% would the amount of T converting E significantly be reduced?

I ask as I do appear to be converting a fair bit to estrogen but I do have about 20% - 25% body fat

It varies dramatically person to person. There is no "conversion factor" equation that allows you to plug in body fat % and get a conversion factor. Labs are the only way to know how your body responds.

Sad to say that I am fat. My body fat percentage is somewhere north of 28% My conversion from T to E2 thus far is one that is contrary to most things I read about the T to E2 conversion. So I don't think you can universally apply this rule to everyone.

Definitely true! I think unless extremely obese body fat will have a minor effect and genetics has the final say as many lean individuals struggle with high estrogen.
