it seems that when my Hemoglobin and Hematocrit get to the upper end I start having shortness of breath fatigue some type of dizzy, in a pronounced way when I exercising for sure, my face and neck become red, and I can't even lay down to do an exercise that I become super reddish, I went for a blood work and H&H are in range and, as Doc told me, they are not suppose to give me these symptoms, now I have a mild sleep apnea, but Doc are sending me to a cardiologist on Monday for more tests, is this happen to anyone?

I feel that way when it's time to donate and since I do that every 8 weeks I can noticeable get that feeling, also see some redness across the upper chest, do you get that ever?

I believe what I'm going to do this time around is the double red blood cell donation vs whole blood, and see how I feel. I know my RBC count is at or just above the lab range but Im not sure that I can with B+ blood type

Absolutely, my neck and around clavicular area become reddish, I had donated I believe about a month and half a go and I felt better afterwords, this time instead I will lower dose from 0,35ml 3 x week to 0,3ml, or so, 3 x week and my primary already sent a RX for CPAP macchine, I have a BW schedule in 6 weeks so I will check back T levels and H&H again, beside I just switched to low dead space syringe which make me spare 0,12ml a week, so I'm injecting a bit over 20mg more every week increasing my symptoms

Interesting seeing those symptoms at only 49+ hct. I had those symptoms but not until i hit 62+. I was 55-56 for two year with no symptoms. Hematologist said 56 was fine, but for you obviously it would not be.

that is what my primary told me, at that number I shouldn't have these symptoms...not sure what to say, maybe my body can't take more then 48 or so,

The one thing that kind-a grabs my attention is that your glucose is real close to the bottom end. Maybe that's attributed to just fasting for your labs, I dunno? Just throwing it out there as I know low blood sugar can cause some of those symptoms.

you know, I was actually looking at the blood glucose, I thought it was on the low side but Doc did not tell me anything about it so I thought it was nothing major, this blood drawn was done about 5:30pm so about 3H 30mn after I ate, do you believe is not that normal having that blood glucose number at that point? I did found out a couple of months a go my adrenals don't produce much cortisol after noon

Chris I was looking at sodium and potassium been on the low side, what do you think about that? I had a EKG ECG today and everything is super fine, I need to keep an eye on BP that is all, Doc is sending me to a pulmonary specialist, just to double check I didn't develop some form of Asthma

IMO, I don't think those 2 items are in the RED, but review it with your physician, and also recap any medications and/or excessive fluid intake, etc., and compare the trend to other recent labs. I didn't see anything noted on the BUN? Presuming kidney function is fine, but again review with the doctor.

Like the others, the glucose result might not really need a 'panic' mode, but again some of the details you mentioned seem to at least raise the question. Also, I presumed you probably fasted for 12 hours or so, but you're indicating only 3.5 hours. Again, it (IMO) wouldn't hurt to run it by the doctor, and definitely recap your symptoms. I'm pretty sure my GP will delve deeper with anything < 70, which you're just a point below. No need to panic, just cover the bases. If you think your doctor is shrugging it off or not giving you a fair evaluation, seek a 2nd opinion.
