Hi all, how to rapidly raise ferritin has now been solved. I posted the answer here: https://www.excelmale.com/forum/threads/raising-ferritin-fast-a-how-to-not-a-question.24186/ Since vitamin C crushes hepcidin, it has to be strenuously avoided. This is explained in the linked post.
