Who doesn't supplement DHEA and Pregnenolone despite labs showing your low?

I wonder if anybody doesn't take dhea and preg while on trt despite being low on labs?

I take both DHEA and Pregnenolone but I think most do not take either one.

I am on lower end of dhea, never had preg tested. I started dhea but it increased my E2 to upper levels and i had chest tightness due to anxiety. So i stopped. I coild not tell the difference on or off. I was on it for three months

Is dhea brain protective or brain damaging?
