[QUOTE="DannyLou2676, post: 215255, member: 43436"] Thank you for your reply and I am genuinely happy that you are having a positive experience with Balance My Hormones. It also sounds brilliant that they have a new Operations Manager onboard who appears to be keen to help you. I have been with them for 4 years now and you're right Sam did used to work for them. In fact, he was the person I first spoke to about TRT and he helped me tremendously in alleviating any anxieties I had about starting treatment. He was a mainstay during the first year of my treatment and it became very evident to me that here was a very genuine man, on TRT himself, who was impelled to help me as much as he possibly could. I had so many questions about so many aspects of treatment, I was relieved that there was someone like Sam, who was not only readily-available, but also very willing and able to help. Unfortunately, (or probably fortunately for Sam) he moved up the ladder and there was no-one to take his place. Subsequently, in my experience, whenever I call with a question I am informed, by a very polite individual, that someone will get back to me - alas, they never do. The same is true when I email, however that form of communication is less forth-coming - the email is never acknowledged. In answer to your question - 'do you trust that they have your treatment in their best interest?' - Yes, yes I do, Sam has launched The Mojo Clinic precisely to provide treatment for men in a way that is actually focused on the person going through the treatment itself. Sam understands that customer support has to be the number one priority when you are providing a service that helps men restore their hormonal system and treatment that they will likely be on for life. I agree with you that interest in my treatment is the most important factor over and above any costs. What I don't quite understand is how BMH therefore justify a business model that charges me £13 for a phial of Sustanon 250, when it costs £3.50 from a pharmacy. Through The Mojo Clinic, I will be given the choice of where to buy my testosterone and I will only ever pay the low pharmacy price - this is priceless and very, very transparent. The membership fees are there to provide full customer support and other important information that people on life-long treatment will undoubtedly need as they progress. Even when paying for membership fees, it is still infinitely more cost effective, because my medication is priced fairly, making me massive savings every single month. And when I'm on life-long treatment, believe you me, those months add up. I hope you don't feel I am being pedantic in any way, I genuinely am not. I am sincerely pleased you are happy with BMH. However, in my experience, they are running an outdated business model, which includes extortionate mark-ups on medication and delivery and that has non-existent customer-support. I am relieved and thrilled that someone like Sam has set up a TRT clinic that is fully customer-focused, fully transparent and one that allows the customer to decide where they buy their medication from, meaning they only pay what that pharmacy charges.
