Thanks for the words! Here is my exact protocol as of right now.
Testosterone Cypionate: I inject approx 0.3ml (60mg) Monday and Thursday morning. So total is about 120mg/week. I do shallow IM in the deltoids using a 28 gauge insulin syringe. Painless and simple. I got tired of IM in the glutes using 23 or 25 gauge 1 inch syringes. My prescribed dose is 200mg/week of Test but self regulated down to 120mg/week after some experimenting. I feel I get the same results on the lower dose and my numbers are solid as well. High normal levels on total and free test. Actually a little over the reference range, so technically high. I feel good and look good.

HcG: I inject 25units (250iu) every Monday and Thursday morning. I use a 31 gauge 5/16 insulin syringe. SubQ shot in my belly fat a few inches away from belly button.Rotate sides. I do these shots right after my test shots or vice versa.

Aromatase Inhibitors: I have used Anastrozole (Arimidex) in the past with no issues. When I did use, I would do 0.5 mg tablets on Tues,Fri,Sun or just Tues and Fri and skip Sunday. I am currently on no AI for the last couple months with no issues at all. I’ve gone back and forth on AI usage when using TRT. There are plenty of threads on here about this and you have your AI pushers and no AI pushers. Like everything else, each person is different and has their own view on this. My Estradiol-sensitive is 52.6 Pg/ml which is high based off Lab Corps range of 8.0-35 pg/ml. An elevation is expected since I am on test. But I feel that is an acceptable metric for me and will continue without AI. Like I said, no issues or symptoms when on or off the AI aside from numbers.

Overall, I feel good. I’ll be honest, I never really had low T symptoms even at test level of low 230’s two years ago. I pretty much feel the same at 230 as I do now at 1000. same mood, vitality no issues in the bedroom ever. So psychologically pretty much same. Now physically, I am more Leaner, muscular and vascular than at 230. Also my recovery is awesome. My weight has dropped about 5-10lbs since I started. I would say I did a nice recomp. Nothing magical, not like I put on 20lbs of muscle. I was already in decent shape before a TRT, just a little softer. Strength is pretty much the same. I
am advanced lifter and been at it for a long time so pretty much hit my natty gains a long time ago. That’s the novel.

Awesome!!! Thanks so much for the detailed explanationJ I started with pretty high dosage for my body which is 150mg/ week which caused very high level of testosterone in my blood which was around 3 times the max level so I decided to quit everything and start again from lower dosage. I am posting my blood report.

So, now I am trying to be extra cautious with my dosage. I was thinking to start at 25mg EOD as I have low SHBG levels and adding HCG once my protocol is set. I am trying to avoid AI.

I am not familiar with IM and found subcutaneous is easier. I use 28g .5 inch needle. Also, subcutaneous injection release testosterone slowly into the body which will he helpful in my case I guess as I have tendency to convert most of my testosterone to estrogen.

I can understand why you feel good at high. I was in that position for short period of time. I personally feel that those are just numbers. Symptoms should be given more preference than blood tests report.

I read in some article that HCG should be taken on 5th day but I wasn’t sure what exactly that means. May be bcas of half cycle of testosterone is 8 days so by 5th day, the testosterone levels are reduced so its ideal time to take HCG. I guess that is for people who take 100mg once per week shot.

Regarding AI, You're right. I have to wait before I take any decisions. I will see if I don’t have any symptoms then probably I wont take any Ais. I think its more like a T/E ratio rather than just estrogen number.

Regarding my low T symptoms, I don’t know where to start. I have pretty much all the symptoms that’s mentioned in the text book for the low T profile. Starting from ED, Low Libido, anxiety, low confidence, shyness, low muscle mass, thin body and big belly, unable to build muscle and recovery takes lot of time and also after having sex, I need to wait for 2 or 3 days to have sex again so I guess you got an idea. I had ED since I was teenager, I thought I had performance anxiety and doctor said the same and asked me to take viagra.

Anyways, After taking TRT for only 2 weeks, my levels went to super high and I saw amazing results in terms of libido n erections. I felt like my ED was cured. Tats when I realized that testosterone was the reason for all my issues. After reading your post, I got some idea and hopefully my TRT protocol will be set. I am 37 and looking forward to become a normal man.

Attaching the blood report: One with high testosterone is right after taking TRT of 75mg and 500iu twice a week.

One with low T and high triglycerides level is current situation after quitting TRT for about 2 weeks.

Good luck Adam. Sounds like you are approaching your protocol in a sound manner overall. A lot of this still part science and part trial. Good thing we have forums like excel to share experiences. You will see no experience is exactly alike and we all have different stories and methods that may work for one and not at all for others. Let’s be honest, we are dealing with kinda a gray area medical wise as TRT is not fully accepted by the medical community as a practice which is a shame. The hurdles some have to go their to get adequate care is ridiculous. Hence pop up clinics every where. Some good some shady. Anyway, keep course. PS: The HcG protocol you mentioned I’ve never heard of. Yes , HcG can help with testosterone level but not to the manner as the actual bio identical hormone. I personally feel it would not make a difference either way when you take. Regarding AI usage, monitor labs and symptoms and make the most informed decision you can. Best

Thanks, Cips. I hope my TRT protocol will be set for life now. Its unfortunate that TRT is considered as unhealthy even my so called doctors especially for someone who need it desperately. I am really grateful to Nelson and other excel members for their contribution in making our lives better. Anyways, Thanks for your advice and suggestions. Your were really helpful.
