Hi everyone- I’ve got a somewhat unusual question. I searched around and couldn’t find similar questions out there and so I’m hoping someone here may have some insight. Since beginning TRT 10 weeks ago, my testicles have begun “retracting” into my body during sex. This doesn’t seem to happen 100% of the time, and seems to happen mostly with my right testicle. The testicle(s) “suck up” into the cavity slightly above the base of my penis, and drop back down after a few minutes post-intercourse. I usually press them “out” of my abdomin myself. There’s no associated pain, but this has kind of made sex weird for me. My protocol is: 150 mg testosterone enanthate, in 3 weekly doses (MWF, I space out by 56 hours) subQ 300 IU HCG on Monday and Friday My latest labs, taken on a Wednesday prior to injection: Testosterone Total, MS: 1075 ng/dL Testosterone Free: 155.5 pg/mL (35 - 155) E2 LC/MS/MS: 34.4 pg/mL (8.0 - 35) SHBG, taken at 7 weeks: 48 (16.5-55.9 nmol/L). My testicles didn’t retract prior to TRT, though I do have memories of it happening randomly long, long ago. It never happened regularly but I do remember it happening before. Now it happens every time I have sex. This is something I could live with but I’d rather not.. Would love anyone’s insight here!
