Hmm, I didn't know about this method of taking medications. I have been mainly using CBD oil lately because of my health problems. I really have no problems sleeping, but I regularly feel like I'm being followed, that someone is following me. My doctor advised me CBD oil and I felt much better, but sleep definitely got better and stronger. I will consult with my doctor about your words, maybe it will help me with my treatment. I recently ordered a delta 8 gummy with CBD and maybe some of you guys have tried them? I choose something new for myself, because it seems to me that CBD oil does not help me so much anymore.
