PT 141 diminishing effect on erections?

The first time I used it I tried the overnight effect and took it before bed. The effects were so powerful that it made sleep very difficult.

I have been dosing in the AM and it starts working 6-8 hours after. It continues to work through the night. I could see where dosing it at night to be ready to go in the AM. I have found PT-141 to cause pain like the flu. It's like what you get from Tadalafil only way worse. The pain seems to be worse if you combo other ED drugs with it. You do get erections for way longer than the rest of the body can take it.

Histamine i think. I get terrible nausea flushing stopped up nose. Even taking various antihistamine in advance

Your melanocortin receptors are desensitized from using it too often. It varies person to person but 3 times a week is a lot. Take a 2-week break and then try decreasing use to 1-2 times per week.

I can confirm this now. I injected right at bedtime (only .1ml) thinking I'll fall asleep as usual within about ten minutes and be ready in the morning when it kicks in as it usually does a few hours later. Wrong. There is something about it that activates the brain immediately despite the delayed erection/libido effect later. Sleeplessness ensued. Bad idea. Caution mates!

First the efficacy response was dramatic and prolonged - over 12 hours. Second I experienced none of the flu like side effects of the compounded product just a slightest tinge of the nausea shortly post injection but nothing close to what I felt before and none of the body aches and fatigue. I have used three or four doses - never more than once or twice a week - so as not to overwhelm the melanocortin system. Finally the vials are small so less likely to have product lose efficacy from being constituted for too long.

Very simple and easy buying experience. It is a stateside company so no e-check nonsense and the shipping was timely. I don't remember my price but test clinic orders from them so all I know is I saved myself the cost of letting them mark it up as the middle man.

What is your dose for the PT141? I was using 30 mcg from a coumpounding pharmacy and just tried the same dose from Peptide Sciences and didn't see much of an effect from the batch I got from Peptide Sciences.

500 - 750 mcg, but start low and figure out what works for you. The dose of Vyleesi for women in the auto inj is 1750 mcg. Most of the on line peptide companies sell a 5 mg vial. Reconstitute with 3 ml of bacteriostatic water. Each 0.1 ml = 167 mcg. Dose accordingly.

I have found very small doses to be better in all respects...minimal nausea and no desensitization.

The first time I tried PT-141, it was yesterday at 6 am with 0.5ml following the script. Not much nausea after that only bit sleeping. Have 1st sex at 11 am but that's due to viagra that I took ( ) ... 6 pm got a natural boost and made it again. Not sure if it's because of PT-141 or previous viagra. In the morning feeling very strong morning wood. That may be the PT-141(?). But that's all. Takes so long for the med to be effective? Maybe I shall try before sleeping? This med causes me to sleep well. One thing I felt: more sensitivity and more enjoyable sex than before.

I'm wondering why I didn't have that much nausea/flushing: I took Benadryl and another anti-histamine(food) pill prior to injecting PT-141.

Now I'm injecting PT-141 only 0.25mg (half of the script) every 4 days. Feeling wonderful ever since. Always got sleepy after that and got strong libido for 48 hours. The erection comes to random but seems more happening after the sleep. This one is true weird medication. Everything is unpredictable, but I like lower dosage eventually.

Be interested to try this product. I suffer from occasional bouts of horrible performance anxiety (in the moment). It's like my brain just severs the nerve to my penis. Face gets flushed and hands clammy. When I am relaxed, things work generally very well. Hard to predict sometimes. When these episodes happen (maybe 5% of the time for me), Viagra and Cialis are powerless.

For those of you that have tried this product, having the spontaneous long lasting erections and the heighted libido, do you think this could help me from the mental and nervous side? Worth a try?
