PT-141 and Trimix?

Had my appt. w/ Dr. Saya. Order both PT-141 and Try-Mix..will try separately. PT-141 from a peptide company didn't provide any benefit, but he said the ones from the pharmacies appear to be much stronger in effect. So will give it a try. Tried Tri-Mix only twice before many years ago and didn't get much help. But, will give this a try as well - starting low dose and moving up as needed. Nothing has helped in decades - hopeful.

I'd be curious to know what side effects happen when you take PT-141. For instance, is it a vasodiolator? Does it raise or lower BP? Any other short term side effects?

As far as side effects in men, I can tell you, I experience mild coughing episodes, slightly runny nose, makes me yawn more and feel like stretching (the kind of reflex stretching you do when, trying to relax). Nothing that would make me not use it. I haven't experienced any headaches or indication of BP elevation. No flushing or hot flashes.

Tried 1mg last night. Flushing, mild nausea, but absolutely nothing sexual. Will try 1.5mg next week and if nothing onto 2mg. I'm skeptical again. Hope it isn't $205 down the drain.

I noticed a significant difference between 1.0 and 1.75. What is the concentration of the drug? The one I have is 10,000mcg/ml

Two other things to note...PT-141 persists much longer than Trimix so IMO you would want the PT-141 to be substantially gone (which could take 48hrs or so) before using Trimix. Also, I know Jason wasn't saying 1.5 mg is necessary, but I have never used more than .5mg of PT-141 and it has a noticeable affect at low loses so I would start low and work up only if necessary.

Is is correct that doses must be days apart? I tried 1mg and it did great. Next two nights I thought I’d try 0.5mg. Nothing. Next night, 1mg....nothing. How many days should be between doses?

Bremelanotide is a melanocortin receptor agonist.7 It nonselectively activates MC1R, MC2R, MC3R, MC4R, and MC5R receptor subtypes. Neurons expressing MC4R are present in the central nervous system and peripheral tissues. Activation of these receptors modulates brain pathways involved in sexual response.3,7

Interestingly, 300 mg of yohimbe bark gives me a similar but less intense sexual urge and mental effect but also side effects of runny nose but nothing for penile stimulation itself. Unlike, PT-141 where I get involuntary wood and a lot of tumescence.

I have some friends who like yohimbe but it drives me up the wall in any dosage which is kinda odd because I have a very high tolerance for stimulants. I have resorted to mixing my own pre-workout supplements in part because seems everything included yohimbe.

I tried 6 injections about a year ago. Resulted in a major increase in libido; however, the most it did as far as erection quality was concerned was to generate a major chubby. I injected it about 5 o'clock in the morning. About one hour later I felt a weird sensation or feeling of apprehensation overcome my body. By 7 0'clock, my penis started to become a bit engorged and I started to get really horny. The weird sensation began to ebb and I had a strong desire to wake my wife and initiate sex. At about the three hour mark, I had about a 60 to 70% erection and a strong desire to engage in intercourse. Unfortunately, my erection was not quite hard enough for penetration. Very frustrating.

I subsequently resorted to constriction to achieve a 90% erection and although I was able to engage in intercourse, I was never able to orgasm. The failure may partially have been a result of the constriction, but I felt it was the effects of the PT141. The partial engorgemet lasted for at least six more hours. A few months later, I started using Trimix which was significantly more successful and satisfying.

Since Trimix concentrates on the blood flow in the penis and PT141 works on the mind, it would be interesting to see how the combination of the two would work together. Now that I think about it, I would like to experiment with it. Just need to build up my courage to do it. If I do, I will definitely "publish" the results.

Will do 6units perhaps Friday night. Would never combine PT141 and Cialis. Even though neither of those have helped me.
