Prostate issues

Ok guys its been a few years since I've been on trt.. I seemed to have a side effect of my crotch getting irritated and inflamed while on it.. kinda like prostatitis.. long story short I've been on cialis for about 9 yrs and am starting to think its what's causing my tinnitus.. basically I'm stopping the cialis for now but will need something to help with ed.. while I was on testosterone I didn't need any cialis so I'm kinda thinking of going back on it.. just really wonding over the past few years if my side effects have been brought up by others and if they have had the same issues. Or if possible the cialis is causing some of the prostatitis type issues I have.. just throwing this out there to see if I can get any help.. thanks guys
