Please Help Me Review my TRT Blood results

These are 60 hours after last injection im on 400 mgs test E week , I take .5 mgs of liquid arimidex twice a week .

I inject 200mgs twice a week , (Sunday morning and Wednesday 6pm)

I injected Wednesday at 6pm and had blood drawn Saturday morning at 9am.

I feel total test is low for 400 mgs , I also feel estradiol is low . Please give me all your input as this is my first full set of blood labs ever . Thanks !!! Any suggestions .... everything is average nothing is spectacular in regards to strength , energy , erections etc .....

I would cut anastrozole doses in half.

Is your testosterone source legit?

IMHO 13 is not too low in E2..any joint point pain? This is a classic low E symptom.

I do agree that your TT and FT look on the low side given how much you're using. Your SHBG isn't low, I would have thought with your dosing your numbers would come in higher.

I agree with @fifty perhaps cut back the AI and see how you feel with a higher E.

Is Dr MClain directing your care or simply signed the lab order?

I’ll give the source idc . PSL , and no he isn’t it’s all self prescribed . Test levels before we’re mid 400’s .

No not really any joint pain but could take a nap at any part of day , not dead tired but not full of extra energy either that’s why I’m thinking a little more estrogen

Well your Thyroid is pretty unhappy with a TSH of 4.5X. Your Free T3 looks to be OK but would have been nice to see Reverse T3 in this instance but you def have a Thyroid issue to work thru, we recommend these tests:

TSH
Free T3
Free T4
Antibodies
Reverse T3

Its something to consider as you're on a lot of Test E which to me looks like numbers we get for regular TRT with Cyp dosed in the 100-150mg range.

The faster ester than Enanthate is could be why your numbers look a little off from what may be expected.

There's not much that you can do with your thyroid, without proper labs. I would get the labs that Vince Carter recommended and go from there.

I would hold until you can work those labs in but yes that would be the treatment is to add T3 and a little T4. Just on the assumption your Reverse T3 shows pooling (google it). If antibodies show up that's a whole different issue.

Your testosterone is definitely under dosed.....no way you are only hitting a TT 1078 ng/dL.....60 hrs post injection 200 mg every 3.5 days (400 mg/week).

Even if your test was in fact legit and the strength is truly 200 mg/ml.....why would you even inject steroid doses (400mg/week) for trt?

You think.....most definitely it is.....your test is under dosed as your TT should be well over 2000+ ng/dL on 400 mg/week.
