Persisting ED and depression post Boldenone/Primo use

I’ve spent the better part of the last 2 years struggling with persisting ED, Depression, Anhedonia following the use of Boldenone and then Primobolan. My symptoms align mostly with what a lot of people with PFS have but given I’ve never had PFS I’m reluctant to post on the propeciahelp forums.

To give a rundown of my situation I began self medicated TRT in 2018 as I had levels of 260ng/dl. A TRT dose of 125mg per week had me feeling no different but shortly after the introduction of HCG had me feeling absolutely fantastic. I began experimenting with AAS and trialed Boldenone in 2020 but developed low E2 sides even with a high test dose within a matter of weeks so I dropped the compound. I never truly recovered even after dropping down to 125mg test and HCG again. I hired a bodybuilding coach later in 2020 who put me on Primobolan and I developed basically the exact same symptoms (LC/MS E2 was undetectable) although I discovered I could mitigate them through intermittent Dbol useage to bump up E2. I dropped the coach and the primo though after about 12 weeks because this wasn’t a sustainable lifestyle, and since then it has been 18 months and I’ve never recovered.

I’ve tried numerous things to increase E2 (Oral Estradiol, Estradiol cream, DHEA, Phytoestrogens) thinking I may have Boldenone/Primo metabolites still lingering around but I just end up with high E2 and no improvement in symptoms. I’ve also explored things that increase DHT (DHEA cream, topical DHT, Proviron, Tribulus, Creatine, etc) and Topical DHT/DHEA cream significantly worsen my symptoms. Masteron useage significantly improves my symptoms though weirdly, but this isn’t sustainable long term.

Main symptoms I have:
ED
Low libido
Low confidence/social anxiety
Brain fog
Zero drive (at my worst I’d lay in bed all day)
Depression/Anhedonia
Hair loss
Weird feeling in my ears
Water retention
Insomnia
Loss of vascularity (even compared to pre AAS)

Things that worsen my symptoms:
Topical DHT
Topical DHEA (Oral doesn’t worsen my symptoms)
Sulforaphane (this absolutely wrecked me, really bad depression)
Iron supplementation

Things that help my symptoms:
Doxycyline (I had a few brief recoveries where I felt near 100% but not long term)
Viagra (not just ED improvement but general well-being as well)
Some DHT boosting supplements like sorghum, glycine help
Some things that increase nitric oxide

I’ve attached my recent bloodwork. One thing to note is my prolactin is abnormally high here because I’d just moved to the USA and I used a bit of weed and THC leading up to the bloodwork, normally it’s on the low end of the ref range. Also my TSH is a little elevated now, but over the last 18 months it’s normally been well with the ref range so I don’t believe this is the issue.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with me?

A number of things you need to look at. High haemoglobin low iron high testosterone. These alone can make you depressed.
Then you look at every else that’s high or low.

@Throwawayaccount what were ur complete protocols, with dosages, when using equipoise and primo?
Early 2020: 600/600 Test E/EQ per week, , 500iu HCG e3.5days
Late 2020: 500/300 Test E/Primo per week, 500iu HCG e3.5 days, 25mg dbol once or twice a week

Cruising: 125mg Test C, 500iu HCG e3.5 days. I’m currently on ED injections, but in the past 18 months I’ve trialed, ED, EOD, E3.5 days for lengthy periods of time with no change. Also tried no HCG and I feel worse
