And while it haven't returned erectile function to what it was prior to cycling it has definitely helped. That could be from putting more pressure down there sitting than standing but who knows. </strong></p><p></p><p>"As you may be pre-diabetic, meaning you were becoming insulin resistant, this in itself can cause many issues in the body. Diabetes 2 is a high risk factor for erectile dysfunction. I do not think managing insulin resistance with high levels of Testosterone is appropriate."</p><p></p><p><strong>The blood sugar drop happened even when i was injecting 125mg per week which landed me to about 650 total t on trough.</strong></p><p></p><p>"What do you think is possibly wrong with your diet and lifestyle that has caused your insulin resistance?" <strong>Well i used to drink a lot of alcohol and my diet was not good either (high protein but many fast foods etc). Another positive of trt. I havent had alcohol for more than a year (ever since starting). Not even a single beer, nothing.</strong></p><p></p><p>Lastly to make it as clear as possible. The problem is weak erections despite normal libido which trt gave me. Unable to reach 100% no matter the arousal level, if i am watching porn or with gf, e2 levels dont make a difference unless really low, test levels dont affect it much only during honeymoon, but even then while i did have super high libido i still was kinda soft. </p><p></p><p>Also a tip to anyone struggling with similar issues. Stop porn and masturbation. It wont restore you to 100% or fi the issue but it will definitely help while trying to figure it out.</p></blockquote><p></p>
