Anyone know of a doctor that will prescribe Tramadol for PE? SSRI's make me feel like absolute crap. Topicals make me too numb, or burn depending on what I use plus wife does not want topical stuff going into her..

Don’t look for a pill. There are many behavioral interventions such as penetrating and not thrusting, learning to control your breathing, stop and start technique etc. Here’s an example, and there are many other articles:

Tantric sex would be my suggestion. There are many books on the topic. While you are struggling with PE, you and your wife are focused on the problem, so you tend to get more of what you focus on and in the case of PE It is a setup for failure and more of the same. Getting a good sexual experience is crucial, and using tantric sex you still can. I’m married 33 years and we use these techniques all the time. At 66 and 64, we have the best sex of our lives. I know it is all in our heads, but so what? Here are some suggestions:

Get started practicing these techniques and include the wife. This is not just your problem, but both of you. Have fun in the bedroom, learn to control your physiology and, more importantly, your mind. You’ll soon find that 30 to 45 minutes of penetration will be the norm.

Hi. Thanks. I know about it, but from what I understand, its only available internationally so it would have to be purchased from overseas.

Unfortunately , some men have lifelong premature ejaculation that simply won´t respond to any behaviour ou psychological therapy or pelvic loor exercises .
Low dose tramadol for on demand use can works very well. Have to take care not to use more than 2 or 3 times a week. And should be mixed with other treatments ( modafinil helps a lot ) , tansulosin and sildenafil . Keeping doses as low as possible to avoid side effects. ( dizziness , constipation, hypotension-fatigue )

Hi. Yes thanks. I’ve heard exactly what you’re saying from many people.
But I have no idea where to go to get a prescription because I know that doctors are very weary due to the current addiction problem

Although I have never been a marathon man. Except when I used to smoke weed briefly in my early 20’s. It’s gotten worse over the las t few years. After reading I attribute it to this. Marriage has been lacking in the sex dept. for last few years. Trt plus lack. If sex plus porn hub. Means lots of masturbation. I think I’ve trained my self to clamp down during edging which apparent makes you want to orgasm quicker. Then I have sex and orgasm is almost instant.

now that sex life is a little more frequent. I’ve had to start retraining my body.

Try Goji berries. I am taking as a supplement and discovered a dramatic reduction in the urge to ejaculate. Not expensive and well worth a shot as a performance booster.

dapoxetine works amazingly. With no negatives (at least for me). I had to wait about an hour and a half for it to kick in. It doesn’t dull any sensations, it just massively delays the time it takes to get to a climax (dosage dependent). I ordered from that overseas “chemist that’s open all day”.

Low doses gabapentin or pregabalin may delay orgasm/ejaculation.

I have the opposite problem - delayed orgasm/ejaculation, so I am very sensitive to drugs delaying orgasm even further. Even 100mg gabapentin taken in the evening (for sleep), made me not able to come at all during the next day. That is a well documented effect of gabapentin.

GABAnergic substances like L-Glutamine or NAC also delay orgasm for me, but this may be only in my case.
