on T injections--nuts seem to be disappearing

I have been on T injections (after trying Andro Gel and Clomid for 3 months each) for 2 months now. This week it has become more evident that my nuts have not only shrunk but it seems like they are about gone. This is freaking me out. They have been a little sore also the past week, like a small dull ache not like pain.

Any tips, suggestions, thoughts, etc?

Got thyself on HCG from your Doctor. There are lots of threads on it and Gene has written a paper, all of which are searchable here on Excelmale.

My doc says not needed since I don't want to stay fertile right now basically.

HCG is for far more than fertility.

I have read a lot of them and tried to convince the doc, just didn't know if there was an alternative or suggestions to try etc.

You need HCG for many reasons and well beyond just keeping your testicles aliive.
