Yes it is possible. The only way you know for sure is by having your sperm checked. The odds are against you. If you're using HCG there is a chance you could make enough sperm to get your mate pregnant. We do have some member that had success.

Ya HCG can definitely do the trick. I have a baby due in December. Got my ex pregnant by accident. Wasn’t even trying to conceive obviously. Was on testosterone with 1000iu’s of HCG for a couple years. Was actually off HCG completely when I got her pregnant. Had stopped the HCG two months prior, and was just using testosterone propionate when I got her pregnant.

Being able to conceive while on testosterone alone would be pretty unlikely, I would imagine, but can still happen.
