Woke up today and measured BP at 128/79/66 after a solid night sleep with 1 run to the toilet. Had my decaf with sugar and some cream and went out for a run in the park. Did 30mins with a bit of walking in between. Felt great but my lower back is killing me. Was back home some months ago, done 10 serious massage sessions each 45mins, but he wasn't able to find the issue, even though hes one of the best if not the best specialist in my city. Got pain in my neck, left shoulder sometimes into the pec and my lower back, ofc. Seen another serious physio guy, he checked me said my right side is damaged and showed many diff exercises. Came back to UK started doing them and in few months pretty much zero improvement so dropped it. So next thing ill do MRI when I'm back home again or will try to get one done here in UK but hardly they will agree cuz here NHS docs seem brainless and treats everything with paracetamol lol My bones and joints still crack like an old mans smh Will order turmeric and run bigger doses for longer time see if that helps any. It's a bitch but IIWII. Paying for all the mistakes and traumas in the past. Slow process but will get there hopefully for now gotta be very smart and careful with my training and shit. Living with pain sucks but thats life i guess. Ive tried a lot and nothing helped much to be honest. But staying positive and looking forward because life learned me to focus on what I can control instead of looking backwards and never ever give up!
