So went from 20 to 40 units of HCG over the last 21 weeks and testicles have increased in size. Experiencing lower energy and increased tiredness.
Decreased T Levels now evident in last 2 test results. Reached out to Dr and this was his response.
In 8/2020 your testosterone measured 707 and it appears you are on the same dose of AndroGel at that time. On testosterone gel, your testosterone will sometimes vary depending on how long you waited to get lab work done after applying gel... So that is probably the reason your levels have varied

I apply 2 pumps of T-gel daily to both arms since my 6/17/20 reading of 342.
My last reading of 328 is lower than than 6 months ago and I have labs drawn after 4 hours of applying the gel.
I have an apt on Tuesday with the doctor. How do I increase my T numbers back to the 700 range?
I feel ok with the gel but i can tell that my energy and drive are decreased.
Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do?
