Labwork on 50mg e3.5d after 6 weeks

Hey guys. So i while back i wanted to give shots a try again..
started up on enanthate 50mg e3.5d(100mg total and 5mg cialis daily. These are my labs after 6 weeks to check my numbers.

TT: 545ng/dl
FT: 13ng/dl
E2 non sensitive: 31ng/L
Shbg: 26nmol/L

Mood is stable but not as it should be.
Sex drive is non existent. Literally zero interest in sex. Not even once in these six weeks did i have morning wood. Energy is better but also far from what it should be.

At the seven weeks mark i added 50mg cream to the scotumn only in the AM. The next night and morning i had really good wood. Didnt experience this in a long time. Im now 10days further while applying the cream only in the AM. And nighttime and morning wood is pretty consistent now. Everything else like mood, energy is the same. Sex drive still non existent.

Is this a step in the right direction?
Most men who start cream or add this to an injection protocol seem to have a libido boost right away?
my plan is to stay on this now again for 6-7 weeks and recheck. If symptoms are still the same, do i increase my injection dose or increase the cream?

I’m assuming these labs are at ur 3.5 day trough, so they will be a bit higher at other days during the week, but here’s my levels before starting HRT when I was very symptomatic, and the last set of labs was after trying to restart my natural production with Clomid. I felt the same during those last labs as I did in 2015 before starting any type of HRT. Ur total is below what mine was when I was very symptomatic, and ur free T isn’t too much higher than mine was. It might be a possibility that u need to increase ur dose. I personally have found that I do best with my free T in the 40’s. I think most don’t need it that high, but everyone’s different. Dr Keith Nichols reported that most of his patients feel optimal with free t levels between 30-60. Also, just keep in mind that test cream to the scrotum sky rockets DHT, and DHT can inhibit E2 at the receptor level, I believe, and E2 is one of the main drivers of libido in males. Just hoping that drastically increasing ur DHT isn’t going to have the opposite effect on ur libido.

If i may ask.. what is your weekly total to get to 40?

You have no idea where your FT truly sits as you never had it tested using an accurate assay such as the gold standard Equilibrium Dialysis or Ultrafiltration (next best).

Bet your FT is higher than you think.

With a trough TT 545, ng/dL, and SHBG of only 26 nmol/L your FT would most likely be sub-par but far from being low.

You most likely need to increase your T dose slightly as your FT is most likely not high enough.

Also, keep in mind that seeing as you are injecting 100 mg (50 mg every 3.5 days) that your peak TT/FT/e2 levels can be much higher.

Need to have your FT tested using an accurate assay to see where it truly sits on your current protocol let alone if you decide to increase your dose slightly then you will need to retest FT using the same lab/same assay (most accurate).

Keep in mind that bumping up your overall weekly T dose by 20 mg will have a significant impact on driving up your TT/FT level.

I would go from 100--->120 mg/week as this will make a big difference.
