Nate you look to have primary hypogonadism, LH is good and testosterone should be higher. I wonder if hypothyroidism could be affecting your testicles response to LH stimulation, we know hypothyroidism slows down every cell in the body. Also look at that super low free T, SHBG is grabbing on hardnose to your testosterone. Clearly you have hypothyroidism, need further tests to determine fT3, rT3 status.

I would like to see am cortisol levels.

I was surprised to see my tsh so high. For the past year its been half that. I see my pcp in July. Will ask for a thyroid panel. I'll talk with defy about the results as well.

You can have any tests ordered at any time, you can order a thyroid panel so that you have the information available for your consultation if you'd like.

I should mention in the past I was on synthroid and got my tsh down to 1.3 or somewhere around that number. Looking back at that lab a few years ago my testosterone total was 392 at that point. Reason I got of the synthroid was due to switch doctors because my jobs insurance provider changed. The new doc questioned everything I was taking and ended up off the synthroid. During the time I was taking synthroid my t3 and t4 levels were in normal ranges as before taking it. Still felt tired all the time. So should I go for the panel first before consultation or not? I just want to do what's best.

If you already know you have thyroid problems I would fix that. As I understand it TRT doesn't work very well if your thyroid is acting up.
Fortunately Defy treats both.

I have a cart on the defy site. Should border the complete panel for thyroid?

You're absolutely able to do so, and it will be processed, but not immediately. Keep in mind that while I, nor any of the other intake staff are there on Saturdays, there are staff members there. They will likely process your order then, or if not message the intake staff member you're working with to notify them of the order.

Ok guys, just did lab work today for the full thyroid panel. Will be interesting to see the results. I'm really wanting to see if the reverse t3 is high.

Thyroid results are in. Everything normal ranges except reverse T3. Is 24.3. Just barely over.

Nate, even though it is just barely over the range, that is pretty high for Reverse T3. Generally, one doesn't want it over 15 and/or a Free T3:Reverse T3 Ratio > 20. Can you post your Free T3? Did you test the Thyroid Antibodies too?

If you can, post all your Thyroid results and ranges.
