It's been an interesting couple of days. I went for blood work on Tuesday 72 hours after Saturday's injection. It's been 7 months since my last bloodwork and at 120mg / wk (e3.5d x 2) I.M. What I learned was:
Total T - 690
Estradiol - 138 pmol/L - My specialist does not do a sensitive assay
HCT - 53 - Talking to my clinician this morning she felt she had to stop TRT or lower the dose. (I go back Tuesday the 13th for another blood panel because things seem odd)

February 2022
Total T - 955
Estradiol - 103 pmol/L
HCT - 48.5

Here's where it gets weird:
6 days earlier on August 31, I did a blood panel for my ferritin. At that time, my HCT came back at 49.8 - I gained 3.2 in 6 days (maybe I was dehydrated)

When I first started tracking my Total T back in 2016 I was:
Total T - 730 (natural)
Sept 2022 - 690 (exogenous)

While there are probably too many factors to account for it seems odd that my E2 has gone up and my TT has gone down.

Somebody once posted that they thought I was a "high aromatizer". Could be, but I still haven't hit "feeling good" day to day.

Not sure I'm looking for answers but rather sharing an oddity that doesn't make sense to me nor my clinician. More like "does any of this make sense?"

Yeah it all makes sense. Try to get you something detailed tomorrow maybe. Good job laying that out.

All numbers on same protocol with same injection frequency, correct? Blood draws relative to injections all the same (same trough)?

All draws are the same for trough, 72 hours +/- 5 minutes. Saturday 8:30 a.m. - Tues 8:pm

HGB is a whole-nother post. It fluctuates from 156 - 209. Hovers at about 180. Too much beet juice maybe. I still believe CPAP is going to clear alot of this out.
I should have been more thorough in my prior post, you can have in range hemoglobin and hematocrit above range and no action is necessary. That's why doctors are starting to pay attention to hemoglobin, because hematocrit in isolation doesn't necessarily mean significantly thicker blood.

So, after a rather panicked call from my clinician last Thursday regarding my 53 hematocrit and my 690 TT, I went for a new panel today and lo and behold:

Hematocrit - 50.7 (4 litres of water each day for 3 days)
TT - 855 !! So I gained 165 points in 7 days? (trough at 72 hours after Saturday's injection)

What was it @Vince said? "It's crazy how labs can vary"
