Estrogen Blocker or not when taking TRT/HCG

Hey guys, new to the site and I need some advice. Been on TRT for 9 years, but I have also recently been on HCG and an estrogen blocker (Exemestane 125 mg twice daily). I am still experiencing some gynocomastia, as well as depression (mostly from COVID shutdown of my businesses) and some weight gain. I also have recurring acid reflux. I need advice on whether I am on the correct therapy and dosing or if I need to adjust any or all therapy to decrease gynocomastia and weight gain. My latest lab tests are attached. Thanks in advance.
