Anyone using Cialis as part of their protocol happen to have it give them the opposite effect after using it for awhile? After about a month of using it daily at 2.5mg I have developed ED, delayed orgasm, and also lost sensitivity.

i remember hearing somewhere that cialis has a mild anti-estrogenic effect. Could be the issue?

I've heard of people having issues with Cialis and orgasms.

Your dose is low, I'm on 5mg and have no side effects at all, in fact after taking Cialis I felt better, but I probably need a higher dose.

The organism issues are likely hormonal.

I don’t know about lack of orgasms, but since on TRT I can last forever if I take a pde5. I take daily cialis, either 5 or 10 mg and add either cialis 20, or viagra 50-100 when sex is planned. Orgasms are better and more intense than at any time in my life. I like the ability to slow down and enjoy the experience fully that comes from the slowing down of the orgasm.

I can't be totally sure about cause and effect, but I'm starting to believe tadalafil has these effects on me—mainly the DE and reduced sensitivity.

In my case use of the drug is occasional and seems to correlate with a higher chance of these problems compared to when I'm not using it.

I have responded to other post that yes cialis is a mild anti estrogen so it lowers estradiol slightly so after it’s built up in your system for so long you finally hit a low point give it a break for a week or too let ur estrogen climb a little and In the mean time use viagra or switch the cialis to every other day

Yup o have been there tried cialis and got inability to reach orgasm also lost sensitivity took me a month to get back to normal. Stopped it of course but was really scary.

I wonder if it cause high/low E that’s the reason behind all this but not sure why cialis do that

It could be low E, Cialis has been shown to decrease E in studies (in lean males in the study below) and slightly boost T (more so in those with metabolic syndrome). did you get bloodwork? are you lean? it might have been just enough to throw off your protocol, perhaps next time you give it a go you can get bloodwork and then decide to either increase T or decrease AI if you are taking it.

Actually I remember I did blood work and found out my estrogen is high ! But not really sure if that was cialis or something else.
Worth doing it again I am still in the 40 day of my new protocol need to finish this first
