Though I haven't experienced it (never used Trimix) or heard first hand about it, I would think what you are experiencing would be somewhat common in guys using Trimix for ED. Here is why:

Guys that are using Trimix often have pronounced erectile dysfunction, that likely did not respond to medications like Viagra or Cialis. Sometimes, this erectile dysfunction is caused by and exacerbated by cumulative damage to the tissues in the penis during intercourse. Men with ED are far more susceptible to this type of damage if they are having intercourse with a penis that is not fully erect. The penis can "bind" so to speak - think about what would happen if you held a banana at one end and jammed the other end into a wall - it would likely bind and break somewhere along the shaft.

When this type of injury occurs, scar tissue forms. The scar tissue is tighter and less elastic than the surrounding penile tissue. So when the penis fills with blood, this constriction where the scar tissue will not stretch causes a bend. Picture putting a piece of duct tape on one side of a balloon, then inflating that balloon. The balloon will curve around the area under the tape because that section cannot expand uniformly with the rest of the balloon.

This curve can also be somewhat painful when experiencing an erection. If your curve is not severe and you do not experience pain with it, consider yourself lucky. It could be worse.

Google Peyronie's Disease. Dumb name since it is an acute/chronic injury, not a disease, but that is the proper name for it.

I’ve used trimix for 4 years and have not have any curvature from the use. I followed the protocol recommendation for injection and am very happy with the results. I started used after a prostatectomy and I have found that the trimix has helped maintain the health, size and vascularity of my penis.

Do you use an autoinjector? I wonder if some that have problems may be due to bruising from improper injection location or technique.

I do not use an an auto injector. I use a 1ml syringe with a 1/2 inch 29 or 27 gauge needle. I pre fill 5 syringes from the thawed 5 ml trimix vial (Keep the vial well mixed with inversions and do not shake while you make the aliquots.) in aliquots of 0.2ml (your dose will vary depending on your prescription strength) these aliquots you will re freeze with the 5 ml vial. A 0.2 ml syringe aliquot can thaw in just a few minutes. The 5 ml vial stays frozen except when you thaw it to make more aliquots. When I am ready to inject one of the frozen syringe aliquots I remove it from the freezer to thaw while I take a shower, I clean an injection site near the base of the penis with an alcohol swab on either the left or right side. I switch sides every other time and I try to not use the exact same spot up and down the shaft 1 to 2 inches. When I inject I apply pressure to the injection site for 3 to 5 minutes with an alcohol swab while I massage the penis to move the trimix thoroughly into it. The erection is usually solid within that time.
