Conclusion
Decaffeinated, ground, and instant coffee, particularly at 2–3 cups/day, were associated with significant reductions in incident CVD and mortality. Ground and instant but not decaffeinated coffee was associated with reduced arrhythmia.

Coffee is a weird one. So many benefits but must find whichever one works for you. Used to slam black coffee like water for breakfast when in my 20s early 30s. Now approaching 40yo can't even have one as it most likely will upset my stomach. Funny enough last weeks I've been enjoying some instant coffee with milk and sugar post having normal meal without no problems at all. Will see how it goes:)
