As long as you can find something, anything that will help. I like the fact that you don't want surgery. We are on the same page. Nothing foreign and nothing altered. I may have to ignore my own hopes when it comes time for the hip. I miss deadlifting

I have not squatted since 2010 and have not deadlifted since about 2005. Honestly when I did my last meet, the fire had gone completely out. I have not even done a flat bench in years. Nor do I have any more connections in the sport. I just had enough and my goals have complete changed now. I have learned to work around most of my pains the best I can. Like you, I have hopes that as time goes on medical science will find solutions to all of these problems. Been through 4 surgeries already and want no more to do with that.
