Back to your T question: lowering your dosage, more frequent injections and getting your total T peak under 1000 might help both your hematocrit and BP. When I started TRT 5 years ago with once a week injections, my hematocrit went up to 52. I am on 3X per week and lower dosage, I average around 46.

And yes drop the Clomid.
Thank you very much for the reply. I donated blood twice and my hematocrit is still at 55, down from 57. My cypionate dose is at 90 twice a week. I’m switching to doses of 10 everyday and drop the clomid. I’ll also going to take 5mg of daily Cialis to help.

How much do you use 3 times per week?

I am dosing between 35-40 mg per shot so between 110-120 mg per week (or 7.5 days if you prefer). Test Cypionate, IM in the thighs. No HCG or AI for me. This routine puts me in range on the key markers, but more importantly, I feel great symptom wise

Gotcha. I’ve been considering moving towards EOD. Twice per week at 50mg each shot screwed up my sleep pretty bad, 40mg E3D is better but I wonder what 25mg EOD would do...

Thanks for the reply. I’m going with daily injections of 10mg of cypionate and eliminate the daily clomid. I’m donating blood every 60 days. Hopefully my BP and hematocrit levels drop.

Good morning. Thanks for all of the great information I get from this site. Everyone here is great for sharing life changing information. I’m a 56 year old man in good shape for any age. I’ve been on trt injections (cypionate) and clomid tablets for about 6 years. The past year or so my hematocrit level has risen to 57. I’m currently donated blood twice to help lower the numbers. Now I’m noticing that my blood pressure is consistently high. I’ve never had blood pressure issues before. My T levels are always 1000 to 1200 which I feel is too high. My doc says not to work. The dose of TRT I’m taking is 90 administered in splits of 50 and 40 twice a week. Does any have any suggestions?

Thank you very much.

Sounds familiar.....@No.7

I think your BP is totally tied to your hematocrit level, and your spike in T level is because you added the clomid. Just dropping the clomid could solve everything. Do another therapeutic phlebotomy, drop the clomid, don't fuck with your T dose schedule(90 mg a week is conservative), and test again.

Thank you very much for the great info. My doctor told me that clomid would not raise my overall testosterone numbers. I have already stopped the clomid. So what you think is that the rise in BP, testosterone, and hermatocrit levels could be tied to clomid?

Clomid raises Testosterone and sperm counts, just the fact that you're over 1100 total T on just 90mg a week tells you something else is going on, but like everything hormone related everyone reacts differently and ultimately it's trial and error.

Regarding BP; I've been doing 16 mg daily IM Test E for a couple of weeks. Now seeing my BP spiking. Don't know if there's a connection. Didn't have this on any other injection protocol. Dealing with significant stress right now. I'm just trying to sort it out since I didn't have BP issues, except stress related.

The other comment/question from @UCFguy01 about vitamin C and anxiety; C increases tyrosine hydroxylase activity, which increases dopamine. If I take a lot due to a cold or allergies, I become quite talkative, edgy, get a mild headache and sleep is worse.
