Anyone Get Lightheaded on Cialis?

I take a very low dose of Cialis, 2.5mg 4 days a week. I have been working on loosing weight and I recently dropped 10 pounds. Since loosing the 10 pounds my blood pressure has also came down. I used to run about 130 over 85-90. Now that I reduced carbs and salt and dropped 10 pounds my pressure has been averaging 120 over 70-75
But I also notice that I feel a little lightheaded when I take the Cialis. Not a constant thing, but when I stand up too fast or bend down I feel it. IT may not even be the Cialis, but I suspect it.

Cialis has several side effects, I think lightheadness (postural hypotension) is one of the main ones... I had a super fast heart rate on 2.5mg, after only a few days... had to quit.
Bummer, Cialis has a lot of benefits, besides the obvious one...

Curious to know if you made an attempt to try and use Cialis again. Ran into the exact same issues of a super fast heart rate on 2.5 mg even when dosing every other day. Even tried lowering the dose to 1.25 mg and had the same results. Like you bummed out due to all of the benefits thus wondering if anyone has worked out a way to help their body get acclimated to Cialis.

It seemed to get better with time. Looks like it lowered my BP and that was the cause. Drinking more water did help

Hi SkyWarn, It might be the Cialis, as it has quite a few random side effects (as do most prescription drugs) I get joint ache, heartburn, and occasionally lower back pain. The brain is a sensitive organ to be sure. Or itt could also be this, in the last 13 months I've lost a substantial amount of weight on KETO, and in doing my due diligence on the diet, and continuing education, I am seeing that low-carb and KETO "experts" say that a person needs salt to preserve electrolytes during weight loss. And that a very low percentage of people are "salt-sensitive" (kidney disease, etc). I have been careful to increase potassium, magnesium, and use Real Salt brand granulated salt. Here are some videos. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=keto+salt

Hope this helps.

It's a vasodilator so it opens up your arteries and lowers your blood pressure. If you're getting dizzy or light headed, it's most likely from low blood pressure.

I've had the same effect from it at times. Also fast heart rate due to the opening of the arteries and your heart compensating so you don't pass out.

Guess we are all different. I get no side effects from any dose of cialis. Yet I get headaches and weird vision distortion from viagra.
