Hi everyone,
As stated, I’m nine weeks into TRT, and feel much better than I remember. I’ve just retested last Wednesday and my results came back looking mostly great. I do have a bit of concern that my cortisol is roughly 50% lower and my T4 sank a bit,too.
I’ve really enjoyed the forums, and curious if anyone has any thoughts on why these two values were so affected.
My protocol is below, as are my original and latest blood tests. I will say that I’ve been pretty lazy on taking the pregnenolone sublingual, so not sure if that’s had a negative impact.
I have a follow up call on Thursday with my practitioner, and I’m thinking that I’m going to ask him to dial back at least the AI.

1. Testosterone cypionate 200mg/mL, 0.3mL twice weekly
2. Anastrozole 0.5mg/mL mixed in with the testosterone
3. Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), 0.3mL twice weekly until bottle runs out
4. Pregnenolone 30mg troche, take 1/8th of a troche three times weekly
