Hey guys, I like to use arginine, citrulline, etc to encourage nitric oxide for blood flow as do some others. However it's come to my attention that at some point it's a free radical. Also using antioxidants may decrease nitric oxide? How do we get the best of both worlds? Any thoughts?
Interesting. I've had the noticeable pulse at times. Especially when going to bed it's hard to miss. Sometimes with higher bp occasionally bp was fairly normal. I hydrate as much as possible and use things like baby aspirin, arginine, citrulline, arjuna, q10 magnesiums hibiscus they seem to calm...
Here ya go, I'm at 280mg tc once weekly (because that's the program offered currently) my last trough was tt=601 ft=17.8 I don't think there necessarily is a put x in = get y out. Maybe too many unknown parameters

Used to work but now at best go to sleep for a few hours then wake. Even at lower doses. Seem to get this from any form of magnesium recently too. Used to love zma. Take theanine at that point. Takes awhile to take effect but at least I can get up for work. Anyone have any thoughts on this. TIA
I was somehow under the impression hcg might "shore up" my T levels and so would use it later in my weekly cycle. Might should try what you're saying and just space it evenly twice a week. Thank you sir
Hi, my doc has recommended 500iu hcg on days 3 & 5 alongside my once a week cyp injection. I'm thinking days 4 & 6 might work better? Don't see alot of hcg protocols for trt when googling. Any thoughts? TIA
Used 50mg daily but not on hcg days, increase in mood, libido that lasted maybe two weeks. Think at that point progesterone gets high. I would stop for a week or two then resume with same effects. Thinking now that maybe 10-30mg/day might be what i require. We're all different.
I have indeed. Gaba used to work I have several forms even a sublingual spray. Like melatonin I can use occasionally but often backfires sadly. I do use alot of theanine, it's one of my faves. Thanks for the thoughts
