Current infection with Helicobacter pylori (H. Pylori) was associated with significant subclinical coronary artery stenosis in a population with no prior arterial disease, suggesting a need for earlier diagnosis and treatment of this pathogen to forestall progression to overt disease, researchers reported.

"This result suggests the possibility that H. pylori eradication might be worthwhile in preventing coronary artery disease, Shinae Kang, MD, PhD, of Yonsei University College of Medicine in Seoul, South Korea, and colleagues wrote online in PLoS One.

      • To address H. pylori's impact on the arteries of healthy individuals, Kang's group studied 463 consecutive patients who underwent voluntary health check-ups at Gangnam Severance Hospital in Seoul during 2007-2014. The mean age of participants was 54.2, and 336 were men.
      • The patients underwent post-biopsy rapid urease testing of gastric mucosa, using the Campylobacter-like organism test (CLO) and were then divided into two groups based on CLO status. Patients also underwent pulse-wave velocity (PWV) measurement and cardiac multidetector computed tomography.

Below is an overview of my history, and TRT cream protocol that I found most effective for myself and others

I am a 55-year-old business owner who has always exercised, eat healthy foods, and tried to stay on the path of wellness. For the last ten years or so, I've noticed a decline in the positive results I'd been getting due to walking this path: loss of energy, loss of focus, belly fat. Like most people, I attributed this to getting older. As a teenager, I was a skinny kid who wanted to gain muscle, so I started eating more and working out. I would read muscle magazines and research what supplements to take. Back then, I saw consistent positive results and was inspired to continue the path. The problem for me as I aged was that these results were fewer and farther apart. Some thirty years later I found myself swimming around trying to find the magic supplement, and becoming more and more discouraged. As a result, approximately ten years ago, I started looking for a "wellness" doctor. ...
Synthetic cannabinoids are designer drugs that differ in some significant ways from the natural cannabinoids found in cannabis plants. They are often marketed as designer drugs or sold in products with claims they give the same effect as cannabis.

Synthetic cannabinoids (SCs) have been increasingly used all over the world, particularly among young‐adult population. SCs can cause severe adverse effects on several organ systems. However, there are no studies in the literature which have stated the possible relationship between using of SCs and priapism. We present a case of 28‐year‐old man who was diagnosed with a 58‐hr lasting priapism after regular administrations of SCs.

      • The priapism did not resolve either after applying aspiration with irrigation or shunt surgery.
      • Penile prosthesis implantation was performed as a last treatment option.
      • The SCs have been increasingly used among young population in recent years; therefore, new SC‐related ischaemic priapism cases might be encountered in the emergency departments

Adults with hypothyroidism prescribed levothyroxine were more likely to experience lower health-related quality of life and increased comorbidities when compared with similar adults not prescribed thyroid hormone therapy.

      • “Hypothyroidism is a common endocrine disorder, and substitution therapy with levothyroxine is the standard of care,” Hanneke Wouters of University Medical Center Groningen, Netherlands, said during an oral abstract presentation at the Endocrine Society Annual Meeting. “Unfortunately, about 10% of the individuals using this drug continue to experience symptoms and a disturbed wellbeing and a disturbed quality of life, despite the fact that their [thyroid-stimulating hormone] level is within the normal range, so they are euthyroid.”

Article Preview Most absorption of testosterone in testosterone gels happens during the first 4 hours. The 1.62 % Androgel package insert says this about showering after testosterone gel application and using moisturizers/sun block:

      "Effect of showering

In a randomized, 3-way (3 treatment periods without washout period) crossover study in 24 hypogonadal men, the effect of showering on testosterone exposure was assessed after once daily application of AndroGel 1.62% 81 mg to upper arms/shoulders for 7 days in each treatment period. On the 7th day of each treatment period, hypogonadal men took a shower with soap and water at either 2, 6, or 10 hours after drug application. The effect of showering at 2 or 6 hours post-dose on Day 7 resulted in 13% and 12% decreases in mean Cavg, respectively, compared to Day 6 when no shower was taken after drug application.

Showering at 10 hours after drug application had no effect on bioavailability. The amount of testosterone remaining in the outer layers of the skin at the application site on the 7th day was assessed using a tape stripping procedure and was reduced by at least 80% after showering 2-10 hours post-dose compared to on the 6th day when no shower was taken after drug application. ...

How do you guys combat acne... since high school I have had this scalp acne as a result of wearing hats and helmets and now that I have started TRT it seems to have flared up. Luckily the acne I get is hidden by my hair but it truly hurts sometimes. I wash my hair with hibiclens (which I got the idea from a dermatologist) but I have to be extra careful with my eyes. And Clindamycin Phosphate Foam which I apply after a shower which is a prescription antibiotic I believe. I really do not want to become too reliant on an antibiotic in case I form some sort of resistant bacteria. But the dermatologist has tested for staph which came up negative. They also thought it was fungal but let me try out doxycycline and bactrum DS which both work, but again I shouldn’t be on it for long. I know acutane is just straight up poison and I prefer to stay away from that. I do disinfect with bleach my pillow cases once a week. The crazy thing is I rarely get acne on my face. My body would be in the middle, but my scalp is pretty painful. ...

Since the concentration of cystatin C in the blood will not change due to infection or inflammation and isn’t affected by body weight, drugs or diet - cystatin C level could be a more reliable indicator of kidney health than creatinine (2).

Testing for cystatin may also be useful to detect kidney disease early when the affected person isn’t experiencing many (if any) symptoms, and other test results are normal.

      What is Cystatin C?
Article Preview I am trying to save many of you time in searching important information in key posts. Here is a list of good posts related to Clomid (clomiphene). This drug is used for fertility issues. Some doctors prescribe it to increase testosterone. Many patients report not feeling the same benefits with Clomid as they do with testosterone. A pharmaceutical company will seek approval of a clomid compound in a year as a treatment for low testosterone. It will be interesting how this will end up!!

Erectile dysfunction can be caused by hormonal, lifestyle (poor sleep, stress, etc), vascular (cardiovascular disease and diabetes), and mental causes (performance anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, etc), relationship (arguments, lack of attraction, anger towards a partner, etc) and other issues. The hormone-related ones are actually the easiest to diagnose and treat compared to other causes.

I have tried the liquid Cia but for some reason it does not agree with me. My doctor wrote a script for 5mg daily Cialis and I printed a coupon from Lilly and got 30 tabs free.

When I need a refill my Doctor will write another script, but I was looking into Canadian Pharmacies or AllDayChemist.com (ADC). They are way cheaper than what my insurance charges. Do you need a script for ADC? If you do does the doctor write it for Ceebis 20? ADC also states that Ceebis is not to be consumed in the US. Will they ship to the US?

I do not know if my Doctor will write a script for a non approved drug in the US.

My insurance will only cover the daily 2.5mg tab. The 5mg tab they will only allow me a few tabs for 90 days. This is another reason for this search. Thanks

ADC and ReliableRx ask for a doctor name but I know guys who do not provide it and they still get their stuff. Never use your own credit card. These are mixtures of prostaglandins and papaverine that increase blood flow and retention into the penis. Prostaglandins are mediators and have a variety of strong physiological effects, such as regulating the contraction and relaxation of smooth muscle tissue. Prostaglandins are not hormones and they are not produced at one discrete site, but rather in many places throughout the human body.

Trimix is a mixture of two prostaglandins (phentolamine and alprostadil) plus papaverine (a vasodilator medication) that increase blood flow to the penis and cause strong and lasting erections, with or without sexual stimulation. These compounds appear to act together to increase
