How to raise e2?

#7
Cheap DHEA tablets (thats the important part, needs pass thru on the Liver), other DHEA delivery methods are less likely to aromatase. As with all things may/should/can...aromatase.
An HCG dose too could get some Estrogen if some one is low and having associated problems.

Ways to increase estradiol after a estradiol crash:

1- Increase T dose
2- DHEA at 100-200 mg/day
3- HCG over 1500 IU per week
4- (Probably) consume unfermented soy products.

Add to above T cream/gel applied to an area with adequate subcutaneous fat —> aromatase exposure while absorbing through the fat.

Also transdermal applied directly to scrotum - gets more attention for increased DHT conversion, but also has more intra-testicular aromatization.

I am not sure why one doesn't just go the direct route an apply an estrogen cream to your skin. (It's like we need to sneak up on estrogen by some back door route.)

It seems easy to control dose and easy to stop and you don't depend on whatever aromatase ability you might have.

Some do. I think they are called transgender people.
Some guys on TRT have become obsessed with being on ERT it seems. Not saying you.
Just see so many guys afraid if they don’t have high E2 levels then something must be wrong.

I had my E2 levels go from 20 to 12 during the early "shutdown" phase of my (transdermal) testosterone only program, and yes, I noticed the terrible symptoms that were worse than low T esp. aching joints and lower back and anxiety. I ran across this youtube clip:

and starting consuming 1-2 tbsp of flax meal (a plant phytoestrogen) per day, and amazingly, my E2 is back around 20 (tested after a couple of months) and I feel much better (after 1 month or less).

Anyone on this forum have a similar experience with natural supplements having such a noticeable effect?
