You can inject hmg either Sub-Q or shallow IM. Both will work.

What works for me is very low squats. It really works my lower back after that I like doing leg raises from a bar hanging from the ceiling. Leg raises and knee raises really work the lower back. Of course there's nothing like a good set of hyper extensions

So true! I understand what you're saying. For me it's just about health. My family has a long history of heart disease. Thankfully no cancer. My dad had his first major heart attack at age 60. My mom at age 70. My older sister at age 57. So yes my concern is heart disease.

My two cents I would just inject 50 mg. of testosterone along with 500 IU of HCG twice a week in the same syringe. After 12 weeks have Labs on injection day before you inject.
