This would be after the normal 4-6 week hcg run after coming off testosterone, so would doing another run of HCG 12-16 weeks after stopping testosterone, slow the recovery process ?? I know it can take 9+months to fully recover
I think SHBG was always mid normal range, maybe slightly more than mid range, but that was when I first went on therapy, and before therapy, 6.5 years ago who knows now, but does it really matter? cant really change SHBG ?
I am at a loss of where to go from here, I need to change something up , or possibly come off restart with HCG, main symptoms, are brain fog, anxiety, fatigue , maybe I just need more time to settle out idk
new 27.5 mg EOD protocol, started 23 days before bloodwork, too soon I know still probably raise slightly , I will retest, but Total T was 693.7 ng/dl (264-916), free T 13.6 pg/mL(9.3-26.5), E2 sensitive 17.0 pg/mL(8-35) , all LC/MS.
Like for example your bloodwork always comes back as around 20% above mid range Total T , but 20% below mid range Free T ?? anything you can do , or just genetics ?
they are talking about the ratio of Testosterone to estrogen , meaning it is in men that are converting more of the testosterone they inject into estrogen and/or dht, of course those results are going to come back the way they did , it is NOT about some specific number, that will be largely...
Stop the AI immediately, throw it in the garbage, if you are not comfortable with 200 mg a week, you need to lower the dosage, you are essentially taking a poison, and completely wreaking havoc on your body for no reason at all.
Everything I said stands , you may be only able to tolerate 50 mg of Test a week, or none at all for that matter if you have some genetic issue, I respect how you feel, I hope you can find an appropriate protocol , or medication that suits you best, like you said playing around with hormone...
I don't claim to know anything, All I have to go on is 6 yrs of TRT and countless hours of research and experimentation on myself and others I know personally, getting your health and lifestyle in order first, and running without an AI for 3 months straight with the appropriate dose of...
Ok , those symptoms you are having have NOTHING to do with the estrogen level itself, that is just a symptom , not the root cause, what is your age? what is your lifesyle/behaviors? what is your height /weight / BF% ? do you do drugs/ alcohol ? are you under a lot of stress ? you never want to...
years ago I originally got on TRT from a total T level of 70 ng/dl , that was my last test before treatment, but now I remember, the night before I had drank a fair bit of alcohol before the blood test, do you think this mattered THAT much? or it would have been <150 or so anyways? I mean 70 is...
I think genetics/age play a large part and all you need to do is adjust dosage and/or frequency of injections, I agree that AI's should never be used, complete poison IMO. Some might only handle 60-70 mg/wk without problems, while others can push 200 mg/wk without problems, who really knows for...
I am 29 now, and have been on TRT since Dec 2012(so roughly a little over 6 yrs now), and am open to the possibility of trying to come off Testosterone just to see how it feels. The official diagnosis was idiopathic secondary hypogonadism , meaning they could not really give me an answer why my...
