I train at 430am, have been for 15yrs. Their is a big lifestyle adjustment needed for this commitment, aka. getting to bed earlier, getting up fucking early. You must get used to early training and your poundages will be the same, studies prove more warmup is needed for the early times.
So after several weeks the vial of T gets gel'd up in the bottom, who has experienced this? and more important how do you prevent? seems like you are wasting the T.
10yrs. 57yrs, old school bodybuilding lifestyle burned out my natural. 100mg every 5days and HCG 500iu per week. No sides and feel great! Wouldnt be without it!
10yrs of HRT, and 100mg every 5 days puts me at 600 trough and 800,900 normal. 500iu of HCG @ 7 days. No sides, hemo is steady at 50 every blood test. Doc is fine with that.
Vince, I have taken traz 50mg. For 10yrs. Doc prescribed it for being tired but my brain keeps running. I like it, no side effects, and I sleep sound. I feel fine in the AM and I get up at 330am. Sometimes I dont take it on weekends and I dont sleep sound.
question, having been along time TRT user and trainer for a living. here is my situation, 56yrs. training for 26yrs, great TRT routine 10yrs, 100mg every 5 days, HCG 250@ 3 days. bloodwork yearly consistent 600-700 levels.
Recently started DHEA 50mgs daily, (only thing Ive changed)...
Not sure where to post this, 10yr HRT vet and former user, haved used GH several times in the past. My question is where to turn for solid info on current GH, types etc. Do not want to use a clinic. Thanks
BTW, 56 yrs old and not a newbie, my business is fitness, all of 26yrs.
I insisted my doc write a letter and appealed the denial. I did get the T covered, not the HCG. You just need your doc to provide you some good service, sometimes they need alittle coaxing!
I will say it again, as a fitness trainer for the last 26yrs. Find yourself a good local trainer, meet to discuss goals, match up personalities and get started! Our job is motivation, provide instruction and hold you accountable.
