When I started out trt 10 yrs ago it was a godsend.
Now I can’t sleep. Depressed/flat feeling all the time. I struggle to know if I’m really that depressed or if it’s from lack of sleep. I had a full sleep study, negative for OSA.
Not sure what changed or if it’s even trt related but I need...
I to am ok once I get in the gym. I can get though any work out. It’s the evening or night that is the worst.l once I stiffen up a bit. I too live off Tylenol, ibuprofen, and diclofenac. I’ve tried cbd for it’s touted pain relief but it intensifies the pain for me. Like every nerve in my...
I very much relate to this. I’ve put off/ refused surgery for 20 years. Exercise helped for a long time and still does to some extent but more and more I find myself not working out cause of pain, which in turn causes me more pain. Vicious cycle.
Sleep is almost non existent cause of pain...

For reference, my Total T at the very best was 471 using clomid or enclomiphene. Last test was 501 without anything. I’ve no idea where my FT sits currently though. No idea why this is happening but if I could find a way to add a couple hundred more points to that I’d be very...
I stopped trt cold turkey 8 months ago after 10ish years. My ferritin was always in the 30s on trt. I used @FDV70 protocol numerous times and had great success increasing ferritin, but it would crash again within a month or so. I just had it tested again after 8 months off trt and it came...
If you're trying to increase Ferritin you CANNOT be taking any Vitamin C. It's a very common misconception and commonly advertised that you need Vit C to increase Iron absorption. This is false. Vitamin C with Iron increased HGB. Not ferritin. I raised my Ferritin by 100 points in 7 days...
Just got lab results back and I really figured they would be higher using 2 clicks per day based on others experiences within this thread.
1st Lab results for TT were: 482 (242-871)
So I ran the same test again 3 days later: 205 (300-623)
These labs were both drawn 2.5-3hrs post...
UPDATE: I've been taking 28mg bisglycinate daily since Feb 25th in hopes it would keep my Ferritin elevated. I just ran labs and Ferritin now sits at 58 vs 129 after using FD70's protocol. I have lost 71pts in 52 days. Roughly 1.36pts per day even when taking a large dose of Iron. HCT and HGB...
I've got labs coming up in a week. I requested DHT to be included. I'm going to go the day before and get a TT peak level on my own and then get a valley level with the labs at the doc.
I cannot say for sure as I dont have labs coming up for 2 weeks yet. I'm only on 100mg (2 clicks) vs using 4 clicks like most so I dont think that is the case but cannot say for certain.
My line of thinking was elevated DHT causing low e2 but again, pure speculation at this point.
magnesium l-threonate does it to me. More of a not really sleeping, not really awake though. I dont sleep well but MLT made it even worse. counterintuitive i know.
