I've had two consults. Afterwards they send me a written/plan order. Maybe it's the provider's preference. I haven't been doing this long enough to know how they do things.
I'm new to HRT
I will take 20mg because that's what my provider told me to take. I will also take the AI for the same reason.
I'm headed to Tiger Muay Thai, MMA, and Fitness, in Phuket, Thailand, on July 1. I'm going there for the express purpose of weight loss and fitness. I'll probably be there for around...
Vince those are not my words. That is a cut and paste from the order from my provider.
At Defy when you have a consultation, and after you are finished, they send you a written follow-up with your plan from the provider.
Well done, Mark and Sean. My provider did just that. Stopped my T3/T4 Leo/Livo and put me on a T3.
My new plan is as follows:
INCREASE T Cyp 200 mg/mL – 0.10 mL (20mg) SQ Daily.
INCREASE HCG 200 IU SQ Daily. To reverse/prevent testicular atrophy. Increase Free T.
BEGIN Anastrozole 0.125 mg...
I have been on TRT for 2 months now and it doesn't look, upon first glance, that my numbers are very good. But as a newbie maybe I just don't have the experience yet to see.
My total testosterone has limped up to 349 from 332
Free testosterone has increased to 9.6 from 3.8 (LOW)
Sensitive...
I take my test and 100IU of HCG every morning. I experimented and found that if I take the test in the morning and the HCG in the evening I feel pretty good.
Dr. Rob Kominiarek has spoken often about the association between the enzyme Monoamine oxidase A, the so-called 'warrior gene' and TRT.
He said that those that have this warrior gene almost always have extreme anxiety when they take testosterone.
I'm a newbie, but by reading this forum and reading Jay Campbell's TOT, I decided to begin TRT by injecting daily low dose to try to circumvent the estrogen problem. When I take my first follow-up labs, if I have an estrogen issue then I will address. But at least I tried.
In a January 2012 article, Dr. Mark Gordon discussed supraphysiological dosing: "Gordon explains that conventional medical dosage for testosterone is at 200-300 milligrams per week, which he has shown is far too high! "For example, a typical 25-35-year-old male naturally generates 4-10...
I started taking Leo/Livo thyroid meds, DHEA, Test-Cyp and HCG on Saturday. These are my first impressions:
For the first time in a very long time, I have managed to go the whole day without taking a nap.
My sleep is deeper and I am not waking up very much if at all in the middle of the night...
What you say is true, of course, however, I had serious head trauma (TBI) in the Army. I understand that most people who've had serious head trauma have hormonal imbalances due to inflammation in the head following trauma.
I'll be the first one to admit that I'm extremely messed up as far as...
I took .05ml (10mg) of T-Cyp and 100 IU of HGC. It took me two tries to get the T-Cyp in the insulin syringe.
The volume is so small I couldn't even feel it go in.
I think that it might be a good idea to buy some .5ml insulin syringes. Easier to calibrate smaller dosages.
I thought I would...
