TRT will lower SHBG in most cases. You could either do 1 or 2 shots a week with your SHBG.

My blood test was done in the evening though around 4pm. How much higher would my numbers be if I would of had them done in the morning? I am not in TRT at the moment

How did you have normal range LH numbers while on TRT?

You will also need Clomid or Enclomiphene after you use HCG to get your LH and FSH levels up again.

How long does Enclomiphene take to clear your system ? I’m Wanting to get blood work done after Enclomiphene is completely out of my system.

You have some high ass SHBG. TRT could lower it but with a total t in the 800’s I would hate to start TRT.

You got away with only taking 50 iu a week or did you mean 500iu a week?

Looks like your free t is on the lower end of normal. What symptoms of low T do you have ?
