Hello everyone, I’m a 37 year old male from Portland, OR, who has been on trt for a year now , and am no longer happy with my current provider, due to logistics, billing practices and results. I’ve been reading this forum off and on , and I think it has lots of great info . I’ve been in contact with Defy Medical , and am going to transfer over as soon as I can . The problem that I’m going to encounter, is that I no longer have any more trt medication during this transitional phase . My current provider will not give me any testosterone, Clomid , or hcg , while going to a different provider. I think them knowing that I wasn’t satisfied with them any longer , has brought about the change in their treatment towards me . I have already estimated that by the time I get trt medication again with a new provider, it will be around 5-6 weeks with new labs , consult and the shipping. In the meantime I will essentially be going cold turkey which is not going to be good for me at all . I don’t want to have to go “underground “ , just to stabilize, but I don’t know what other options I have . Is there a protocol that I can use say with certain supplements, herbs , or foods that will limit the damage that I’m going to have during this time ? My understanding is that my levels wouldn’t crash for 3 weeks , but that could be sooner as well . I’m taking DHEA , pregnenolone , and vitamin D for hormone support already. Any help and or info would be greatly appreciated .

Not sure if you have already left your current provider but if not I would just tell them you were worked up and under a lot of stress lately and have had some time to think on it and will stay the course for now (even though you know you are stiil going to switch providers) just so you can get scripted.

You have already seeked out help from Defy and do what you have to until you transition over that way during this period you will still have your medication.

That would be your best bet mind you not sure if a new provider would require you to come off your protocol to get a better idea of your pre-trt levels.

Hope you told someone at Defy about your current dilemma as they will explain it best....................good luck!

I would not rely on food/supplements as your hpta is shut down regardless and if you are using exogenous test (injections) such as cypionate or enanthate than due to the ester it will take a few weeks before your blood levels hit bottom.

If you are using a transdermal than your blood levels will drop much faster!

My provider is no longer willing to work with me as of now , due to misunderstandings and disagreements on their improper billing practices . That’s why I’m in this predicament trying to figure out the best course of action . I have already contacted Defy and have spoken to someone regarding my issue , but they pretty much told me to power through it until I’m switched over lol!

Not sure if I posted that last reply in this thread right, but yeah if food or supplements aren’t going to help , I’m going to have to go underground. ?

If ugl is your only source than just be sure you are getting good quality as you know using this route testosterone can be under-dosed/overdosed or worst case scenariocontaminated and bunk as in dirty oil.

Sure there are good products out there but of course it comes down to ones source and even than one using ugl would truly never know the exact dose/potency of the product unless it was tested.

Buy some HCG from reliablerx (overseas) and just use that but the worst your going to be is back to your old low T self, there's not going to be any major setback, etc etc
Id just get some HCG and run than 500iu 3 times per week and otherwise ride it out. Using some UGL stuff isn't worth it.

Suck it up until you get properly treated and supplied by Defy. You’re not going to die even though you may feel like you are. Patience is primary.

I get what you’re saying. At some point eventually I’ll be back on it again . At the least I still have a good amount of anastrazole , and I can get the hcg from the reliable rx site from what I understand . So that should help a bit .
