I've been on TRT for 6 months plus now.
250mg Sustanon per week and I had bad ED and with all the spots on my back, I realised I needed to get my Estrdiol down so added 0.5 - 0.75 mg of Aridamex per week in 2 or 3 doses. My ED recovered to 80% plus pre hypogonadism days for a few weeks and I didnt need pils to have sex. I was getting some discomfort urinating and suspected BPH and was getting up during the night to urinate. I added 2mg of Doxasozin to protect my prostate and my libido has gone. Sensitivity is way bad and I cannot climax apart from what I think is retrograde ejaculation (into bladder). Having researched Doxasozin I see 10% of users report libido issues and there is an alrming amount of men who now cannot climax due to taking this drug. Many never recover. My situation is now much worse than even when I took SSRI's a number of years ago. I have stopped the Doxasozin after 3 to 4 weeks use and I bought a months supply of Calis 5mg and will see if this improves my painful urination.
My tests came back and on the day before my next dose - My Results with ranges - Testosterone - 29.4 nmol/L (8.6 - 29), Sex Hormone Binding Globulin - 24 nmol/L (14.5 - 48.4) and Oestradoil - 82 pmol/L (28 - 156) and Free Testosterone 21.9 pg/ml (7.2-23)
Please could someone assist? Should I try to get my Oestradiol down even lower? Or could it be my creatine or something else too high/low. I have an appointment with an endo next week and if there is any specific test to ask for (other than recently done) what should be tested?
I hope the calis improves my ED.
