Labs came back with estrdiol at 27, total testosterone 1300, free testosterone 21. However, I am trying to bulk up[ectomorph] so eating more than usual. Haven't lost any fat[small amount of abdominal and waist fat], but keep thinking my pec area is fattier, but no fullness in nipples. Any thughts?

Interested most in E2 levels.
Diet low is shitty carbs high in protein?
HIT cardio?
HCG?

I will tell you what helped really lean me out; when I added 300 mcg of Semorline to my protocol I really saw those stubborn 3 to 5 pounds melt off in 6 weeks.
There are good supplements you can take to help as well.
I really like Green Tea Extract (decaf).

Gene thanks for the info. My doc here is not going to prescribe it, but I have an appointment with Defy medical in January to get started with them I see they are advocates. Meanwhile I am starting DHEA

I used a TD for a couple of years with moderate results.
I read papers on DHEA and Preg by some of the top anti aging Docs who know these prohormones well and they recommend:
Each: 50 mg pills micronized slow release.
I had my Doc compound this for me with an additional 3 mg of selegiline as well.
Next BW my DHEA-S was twice the reference range...guess it worked.
He now only prescribes pill and no longer TD applications.
